Convey Me LLC is committed to conducting business ethically and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. This Bribery and Corruption Policy outlines our commitment to preventing bribery and corruption in all forms and sets forth the standards and procedures to be followed by employees, contractors, and agents of Convey Me LLC.

Policy Statement 
Convey Me LLC has a zero-tolerance policy towards bribery and corruption. We prohibit any form of bribery or corruption, whether direct or indirect, by our employees, contractors, agents, or anyone acting on our behalf. This includes offering, promising, giving, requesting, or receiving anything of value with the intent to improperly influence any act or decision.

Definitions Bribery
The offering, giving, receiving, or soliciting of any item of value to influence the actions of an official or other person in a position of authority.

Corruption
The abuse of entrusted power for private gain.

Scope 
This policy applies to all employees, contractors, agents, and any other parties representing or acting on behalf of Convey Me LLC, regardless of their location.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

- Offering, promising, or giving any form of bribe or improper payment to any individual or entity.
- Requesting, agreeing to receive, or accepting any form of bribe or improper payment.
- Making facilitation payments, which are small payments made to expedite routine governmental actions.
- Engaging in any activity that could be perceived as corrupt or improper.

Gifts and Hospitality

Gifts and hospitality may only be given or received if they are:

- Reasonable and proportionate.
- Not intended to influence any decision or action.
- Compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Approved by a supervisor or manager if their value exceeds a certain threshold (e.g., $100).

Reporting and Whistleblowing

Employees, contractors, and agents must report any suspected or actual instances of bribery or corruption. Reports can be made confidentially and without fear of retaliation. Reports should be directed to the Compliance Officer or through the company's anonymous reporting mechanism.

Compliance and Training 
Convey Me LLC will provide regular training to employees, contractors, and agents on anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws, regulations, and this policy. Compliance with this policy is mandatory, and any breach will result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment or contract.

Monitoring and Review 
Convey Me LLC will regularly review and update this policy to ensure its effectiveness and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Responsibilities All employees, contractors, and agents are responsible for understanding and complying with this policy. Managers and supervisors are responsible for ensuring that their teams are aware of and adhere to this policy.
